Super Bomb Survival Bombs List

Bombs are the entire sport. Skills and Perks exist because these objects fall, roll, teleport, or chase. This catalog is the roster: families, tells, and which tools work. The movement guide for not dying to them is beat bombs. Rankings of the Skills that delete them sit on the skills tier list.

v3.0 stopped rolling a totally random bomb every tick and instead picks a palette for the round. That is why one match feels like TNT weather and the next feels like mines. v4.02 added Darters from Sky’s Bomb Survival and unique sounds for Hyper Nukes and Homing Nukes. We will not invent Darters fuse times until Polyhex or a lab posts them — v4.02 patch.

Classic family

These are Disarmable. Forcefield eats the blast if you time it. They are how public 3.0 teaches you to look at fuses instead of the skybox. Getting started is enough until palettes mix in Nukes.

Nukes and Destroyers

Nukes fall slow, then occupy a column of air with a long explosion. Disarm deletes them if you commit through the delay. Forcefield bounce is the easy answer. Super Dash through the core is a clip, not a plan. Toxic Nukes are the weak cousin.

Mega / Super Nukes and Destroyers delete terrain for real. Glitch Nukes show up often on 6.0; they are not a 1/200k meme on Super Intense even if labs still post twin-glitch clips. GOLDEN BIG BOMB is a farm object that also explodes — Disarm it when you can afford to; 66 Skill Points, then run. Coin values: farm Credits.

Homing Nukes and Hyper Nukes gained unique audio in v4.02. Homing Nukes are a 10.0 / rift problem and are not Disarmable. If you hear the new sting, you are already in events territory. Hover out; do not sprint at the sound.

Grimbells

Grimbells instakill inside the radius through Forcefield and other invuln. That is the whole identity. You relocate or you die. Disarm still works and is how people farm the Defuser-style badges; it is not a panic button when four bells overlap. The video in the middle of this page is 9voltage explaining why Grimbells feel “fair” once you stop treating Forcefield as a religion. After it, remember: Hardcore 35 HP does not change the instakill — Hardcore.

Wingseekers hunt flyers. They are not Grimbells, but they punish the same “I will hover the whole 2:30” plan unless Unseen is on. See the perks list.

Mines, traps, and cave junk

Landmines, Freeze / Poison / Shock mines, Poison Traps, Warp Mines. Audio cues exist; Freeze Mine’s cue is easy to lose in a chorus. Debris and other bombs can cook them. Caves plus Pickaxe greed is how 4.0 accounts die. Expert’s Touch lets you body-block some arming; do not test it on a Nuke.

Dynamite and teapots auto-arm if a Fire Shield player touches them. Take the Shield off before you play firefighter.

v4 crossover: Darters, Grimseeker, Bass Destroyer

Darters shipped in v4.02.0 as a Sky’s Bomb Survival import. Polyhex did not publish a public damage card in the tweet. Play them as “small, annoying, probably chase or volley” until a lab writes numbers — do not copy a guess from Discord.

Grimseeker and Golden Grimseeker (last 30 seconds of a 10.0 rift) are event bosses, not palette trash. Bass Destroyer is an event tell: audio drop, then floor deletion. Catalog the name here; fight it using events and a Forcefield window.

Midas Bombs turn nearby value into coins. They are farm tools that still hurt. Gift Wrap (Skill) can grab cute NPCs and, on day-one v4, bugged the rest of the round if you wrapped the wrong dog — hotfix v4.00.9 / later 4.02.x. Keep Gift Wrap off 6.0 until you like the patch notes.

Tools that answer bombs

  • Disarm — deletes most classic bombs, Nukes, even Grimbells if you finish the channel.
  • Blast Force — shove.
  • Forcefield — everything except Grimbell-class instakills and some rift toys.
  • Fireproof — fire palettes and lava ticks (lava is tick damage since v3.17.7).
  • Unshakeable — ragdoll, not explosions. Hardcore cannot bring it.

Scripts that tween you off bombs are claims on auto farm. They get worse at 6.0 and do not beat a Grimbell that already spawned on your head.

Learn the six-beep classic first. Then learn the siren. Then treat Grimbells as weather. That is the whole catalog.
