Super Bomb Survival Guides
How to play, how to last 2:30, and how to stop dying to Grimbells.
Super Bomb Survival looks simple from the Roblox page — bombs fall, you jump, you ragdoll for fun — and then Intensity ticks past 4.0 and the map is lava. These guides are ordered the way a new account actually progresses: survive a public round, spend Credits on a Skill that is not another bomb, farm without wasting Gems, then opt into 6.0 and Hardcore on purpose.
Start here
- Getting started — first lobby, first vote, first shop roll, and why Super Jump plus Bomb is a starter kit, not a finished loadout.
- Controls — F for Skills on PC, the mobile star button, ragdoll, shiftlock for Wings, and what console players can bind.
- Farm Credits and Gems — copper through purple coin values, Triple Coin Value, Treasurer, Big Saver, coin-rain, Midas, and UFOs.
If you only came here because Google said “codes,” read the codes hub once, then come back. There is nothing to redeem.
Survive the late clock
Most deaths happen in the last 30 seconds, which is why the So Close!! badge exists. The Intensity 6.0 survival guide is the page veterans actually need: Forcefield windows, Hover stalls, Bubble Ride plus Unshakeable, Platform and Truss when the floor is gone, and why Wings without Unseen currently lose to Wingseekers. Pair it with the intensity planner so you know when a public server is Intense (4.0+) versus locked Super Intense.
Bombs are their own language after the v3 palette system. The how to beat bombs guide covers Nukes, Mega Nukes, Destroyers, Grimbells, GOLDEN BIG BOMB, mines, and the v4.02 Darters import from Sky’s Bomb Survival. Disarm, Blast Force, and Expert’s Touch are the defensive answers; Forcefield still does not save you from a Grimbell.
Badges, maps, and the rest of the wiki
- Events — Event Icons, coin rain, ducks, UFOs, the seven v4 events, and the rift that can push 6.0 to 10.0.
- Hardcore — 35 HP, no Perks, win-gated toggle, and why Hardcore 6.0 is a lab.
- How to get badges — Halcyon / Glitch Bomb, Duck Slap, Super Explorer, 6.0 Hero, Super Collector, and the gem payouts attached to them.
- Map voting, the 3-Gem reroll, and the Super Explorer checklist live on the maps catalog.
- Skill and Perk theory is split: catalogs at skills and perks, rankings at the skills tier list and perks tier list, and ready-to-copy sets on best loadouts plus the loadout planner.
Patch context belongs in updates and the dedicated v4.0 update article (20 new badges, Bubble Wings, Belly Drum, Lava Sponge, Sacred Sanctum, Charge Station, seven new events). Script pages are isolated under scripts so a how-to-play guide never has to mention an executor.
How we write these tutorials
Each guide answers one search: how to play, how to survive, how to farm, how to beat a bomb family, how to get a badge, how to bind a key. We embed at most one real YouTube video in the middle of the article — no invented IDs, no playlists dumped at the footer. Community lists from Pro Game Guides and the Fandom 6.0 notes disagree on Wings and Panic Shield; where they conflict we say so and prefer the 6.0 wiki for Super Intense, not a casual S-tier dump.
Use the links hub if you want Polyhex’s posts or the wiki Discord after you finish a guide. Then queue another 2:30.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Super Bomb Survival questions.
Which Super Bomb Survival guide should I read first?
New accounts: getting started then controls. Anyone dying at 4.0+: Intensity 6.0.
Do these guides work after the v4.0 shop rewrite?
Yes. Loadouts, Belly Drum, Lava Sponge, and Bubble Wings are covered in the v4.0 update and folded into the loadout planner.
Where is the Hardcore guide?
The dedicated Hardcore guide covers 35 HP, disabled Perks, and the win-gated toggle. Intensity tactics stay on survive 6.0.
Is there a video on every guide?
Only when we found a real YouTube ID that matches the topic. One video per page, placed mid-article. The badges page uses Conor3D’s Halcyon video; bombs use chinthestewpit.
